The article focuses on how physical activity programs in senior living communities can integrate all seven dimensions of wellness to support holistic aging. Topics include immersive research in award-winning communities, the integration of physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, vocational and environmental wellness, and practical design strategies for person-centered, community-based exercise programming.
